Does lenitech.com ship internationally? [Back to Top]
International shipping is available.  Canada UPS 3 Day select rates will apply.  However, some vendors do not allow us to sell products outside the United States.  If an item is not available for international shipping it will be noted in the product description.


How do I Track My Order? [Back to Top]
You can view your order status by clicking on "My Account" and logging in with your username or email and password and then click on "check order status". It might take 24-48 hrs to have updated tracking information depending on your time zone.


How Long Does it Take for the Return Transaction to Be Made? [Back to Top]
Once the item(s) have been received at Returns lenitech.com they are processed. You will see your credit in your next billing cycle.


How long does it take to Process orders? [Back to Top]
Depending on when the order is placed, 24-48 hrs. We try our hardest to process orders as fast as possible however with large order volume your order could be delayed. Orders placed Friday (after 10am) thru Sunday will be sent out Monday afternoon.

Our "Statement Of Security" is your assurance that you'll never have to worry about credit card safety, while shopping at Lenitech Snow & Skate.

We utilize a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for data encryption to protect the transmission of information, you submit to Lenitech when you use our online shopping cart.. This means your credit card number, and order details are scrambled during the transaction process.

If you send us information via email, we advise you that e-mail is not necessarily secure against interception. Should your communications to us include sensitive information i.e., Credit Card Number, Checking Account Information, Address, Phone Number, Etc. We would urge you to contact us by postal mail or via our phone line 801-582-2888, rather then e-mail.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation Email or Shipping Confirmation, please check your account by clicking "My Account" to verify that your order has been placed and to check the order status. Packages can be re-routed back to lenitech.com; however, a UPS redirect fee will be charged to your account. Lenitech under no circumstances will distribute, sell, loan, or rent any personally identifiable information, regarding its customers to any third party. When an order is placed, we collect basic information including your name, home address, phone, and email address. We use this information to confirm your order and to respond to any queries you may have. Cookies are used to keep track of your shopping cart.

What is your Return Policy: [Back to Top]

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the ticket date that is noted on the packing slip. If the return does not reach Lenitech Snow & Skate within 30 days of the ticket date, the return will not be accepted and returned to you. All merchandise must be new and in unused condition with original packaging.  Please note:  Sales of all snowboard and skateboard hardgoods is final.  Unworn snowboard boots may be exchanged for the correct size.  In rare circumstances unused snowboards and bindings may be returned for store credit only.

All returns must be shipped back with the original manufacturers packaging and tags*. If the merchandise is shipped back in the manufactures package with out a protective box there will be a fee charged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items can be dropped off for a return to our retail store, 201 South 1300 East, Salt Lake City, UT  84102 (801) 582-2888.
*Some items will not be shipped with a manufactures package. Please make note of this on the return slip.

Returning a store Purchase:
Store purchases must be returned/exchanged at Lenitech Snow & Skate store location. Unfortunately, Lenitech cannot accept items that were purchased at Lenitech Snow & Skate. Please do not attempt to return items purchased at Lenitech Snow & Skate store, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you. We cannot accept responsibility for items purchased in store that are returned to our warehouse.

International Returns:

You will need to pay the shipping costs for your return when you mail your package. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Returns sent from international addresses take up to five weeks to process after the package is mailed. The credit to your account should appear within one to two billing statements.
Lenitech.com cannot refund tax and duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise at the current exchange rate.


To Make a Online Return:
1. On the front side of the form please circle the item(s) that you are returning to us.
2. Place a copy of the Packing List in the package with the item(s). You may keep the original for your personal records.

If you do not have your packing slip, please follow these steps:

1. Print out a copy of your email confirmation. Or you can log into your account and print out your order.
2. Circle on the email confirmation which item(s) you are returning.
3. Ship your return to us (see above)

Problems:
If you have any order problems, such as wrong item shipped, scratched or damaged items, or warranty issues, please email us at info@lenitech.com before you ship the item out and please include your order number to help expedite your assistance. We will assist you with any problems that you have.

Damaged in shipping:

If you receive a product that has obviously been damaged in shipping, sign for the package and note above your signature the word "damaged" or "open" and request that the delivery company inspect the package. If you found the damage after the delivery, please email lenitech.com shipping claim department at info@lenitech.com Attn: Shipping Claim. Please include your invoice number (found on packing slip) and the name of the carrier that delivered the package. You MUST keep the damaged packaging until it is inspected by the carrier.  Do not return the merchandise yourself, lenitech.com will process a claim and walk you through what to do next.

Warranty:
All item's are covered by the original manufactures' warranties. See their terms and conditions before returning any merchandise to lenitech.com. This does not include rips or tears in clothing and outerwear due to intense use of the product or other situations in which the customer caused the item to become defective.
